I eyed those shoes for about 6 months, I think!<BR/><BR/>miss scarlett~ thank you! I was impressed by how much they looked like Clotilde's. I've read that it's best to pipe out the gougeres if you want them to look nice and uniform, but they turned out fine and dandy without the extra step.
